Town Clerk – Annie Lapington |
Annie is responsible to the Mayor and Members of the Town Council to provide clerical, financial and where possible, legal advice. Duties range from responsibility for the day to day management of the Town House, Coleford Cemetery and the King George V Playing Field to liaising with the District and County Councils on issues affecting the parish, including drainage, planning applications and street lighting. The office base acts as a focal point for parishioners and councillors alike. |

Assistant Clerk - Carolyn Whittington | Carolyn is our Assistant Clerk, responsible to the Town Clerk, she assists in the handling of the day to day running of the Town Council. |

Administrative Assistant – Nigel Elliott | Nigel is a part time employee who is responsible for maintaning burial records and Coleford website, and providing cover support when needed. |
