Meet The Officers

	Town Clerk – Annie Lapington	Annie is responsible to the Mayor and Members of the Town Council to provide clerical, financial and where possible, legal advice. Duties range from responsibility for the day to day management of the Town House, Coleford Cemetery and the King George V Playing Field to liaising with the District and County Councils on issues affecting the parish, including drainage, planning applications and street lighting. The office base acts as a focal point for parishioners and councillors alike



	Deputy Clerk – Carolyn Dixon	Carolyn works with Annie to ensure the effective running of the Council. In addition to preparing agendas for meetings and minutes for approval, Carolyn types the correspondence, provides a reception service for the public, and completes the records associated with the management of the Cemetery. A varied, vital supporting role!
