Coleford Cemetery

As a requirement of Health & Safety legislation Coleford Town Council are required to test the headstones in Coleford Cemetery. We are looking to start testing in July 2010. The testing will be carried out to regulation standards by trained staff. Any headstone found to be unsafe will be labelled

Polling Stations – are they in the right place?

Coleford Town Council is to look into the siting of polling stations within the parish. Parishioners have raised their concerns that some polling stations are too far away from their homes.

Grit Bins – are there enough and are they in the right place?

Coleford Town Council is carrying out an audit of all the grit bins in the parish. The Council wants to make sure before next winter that grit bins are well situated and properly maintained.
