Cllr Geoff Prosser
I was born at Stowe Grange Farm which is about 3 miles from Coleford. My father was born in the same house and we farmed here until 1981 when we decided to go into tourism and bought Puzzlewood after my Great Uncle Mostyn Watkins died. I went to Ellwood as a junior and to St Johns for 2 years (when it was a secondary school) and then another 2 years at Berry Hill Secondary. Since my brother died in 2006 at Puzzlewood I have been working as a plumber, but also doing odd jobs in building, carpentry, etc.
Represents Council:
Represents the Council on Highways and Planning Committees.
Achievements aimed for Town:
I have always shown a great interest and admiration for what Coleford as a small town has achieved. When I joined the Council my thoughts were to help keep Coleford and the surrounding villages up to the high standard that we all expect in the Forest of Dean.
